Responsibilities Include: ~ provide information/direction to board of directors based on Bylaws and experience ~ contact for general homeowner information ~ collect monthly dues/special assessments ~ pay bills on behalf of the Association ~ collect and present bids for service providers to be hired by the board of directors ~ provide resale certificates and paperwork needed by sellars, and provide communication with real estate agents |
