Posted 03/24/04 ~ Dick Bushnell is set to begin window replacement and trim repair for May. 7 units are having work done.

Posted 03/24/04 ~ Patrick Bradly (Property Manager) will be touring the community this spring for the inspection. Date and time will be posted (on this page, as well as the bulletin board by the mail boxes). All are welcome to join him!

Posted 03/24/04 ~ Steve (unit 10) has volunteered to perform tree trimming with the help of other homeowners. Contact Steve or another board member if interested.

Posted 03/24/04 ~ Jeff (unit 5) has volunteered to help repair driveway. The Association is looking into renting gravel equiptment. More volunteers needed! Keep an eye on this page and the bulletin board for more info.

Posted 03/26/04 ~ Play-gym ~ Board will be removing current play-gym (in common area). Amy and Mike (unit 36) are researching a replacement. Board is looking for donations rather than use Association funds. All donations will be set aside specifically for the purchase of a new play-gym. If you wish to make a donation, please contact Patrick (at Appletree Bay)
