General Information
The Association is comprised of all 36 units. Decisions/actions pertaining to the condo communtiy are made in accordance with the Association Bylaws as adopted in 1991. Any ammendments to the Bylaws require community vote and consenses. Copies of the Bylaws are available through Appletree Bay Property Management. The monthly unit assessment is due on the 1st of each month (Bylaw 3.02b - Monthly Fees). (For the fiscal year 2004, the monthly unit assessment is $175.00) Late charges will be applied after the 15th (Bylaw 5.03 - Collection of Assessments). Send payments to this address. Trash/Recycling household trash will be picked up by W.S.I every Friday. W.S.I will not remove large items including tires, furniture, appliances, carpets etc... Recycling is also picked up every Friday. Winter Parking West Bolton receives a lot of snow during the winter, therefore it is vital to leave as much open space as possible for snow piles. Boats, trailers and non-running cars should be kept off grounds. Wood Burning Fireplaces Our property insurance requires that all chimneys are inspected yearly by a professional and are repaired/cleaned as necessary at homeowner's cost. The association will try to schedule for all units to be inspected at the same time. Insurance Each homeowner shall maintain general liablity isurance of $100,000 and property damage insurace of $40,000. The association has a property insurance policy.
