Directory of Board Members
The board of directors will "provide for the operation, care, upkeep, maintainance and repair of the property and the improvements to the property as required by the Declaration and for additional services to the condominimum as approved under the bylaws". (Bylaw 3.02e) Members are voted in by the association at the annual meeting and volunteer to serve 2-3 year terms. Board meetings are held on a monthly basis, generally on the property. All homeowners are encouraged to attend, bring forth issues and to take part in the decision making process according to the Association Bylaws. All units will receive a copy of the meeting minutes.
